The Ease with Yvonne pages describe a community initiative whose formal nonprofit registration is pending. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1.1 In these Terms, Site means https://yvonnecollection.org and all pages under that domain, including the Ease with Yvonne Initiative pages. Business means Yvonne Collection as identified above. User means any person who accesses the Site. Content means all text, images, graphics, logos, layouts and descriptions appearing on the Site.
1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to law include that law as amended or reenacted.
2.1 The Site is provided for general information, inspiration and education concerning fashion, family wellness, spiritual growth and community service. Product pages describe curated boutique items available to order manually through the channels stated on the Site.
2.2 The Site does not operate a shopping cart, does not process payments online, and does not create binding offers through automated checkout. All prices shown as Contact for Price are invitations to inquire. A binding agreement arises only when the Business confirms availability, price including delivery, size and delivery terms in writing through WhatsApp, electronic mail or direct message, and the customer accepts and pays through an agreed manual method.
3.1 The Ease with Yvonne Initiative is a community initiative. It is not separately registered as a nonprofit foundation at the date of these Terms, and no representation to the contrary is made on this Site.
3.2 The Site does not solicit or accept online donations and does not process charitable payments. Any future fundraising will comply with applicable Nigerian law concerning charitable solicitation and will be introduced only after proper registration and payment provider compliance, together with a separate donations policy.
3.3 No statement on the Site confers tax deductible status on any payment. Customers and supporters should verify any request for funds received outside this Site by writing to yvonnecollection23@gmail.com or messaging +234 704 379 3765.
4.1 Content relating to counseling, outreach, widows support, school outreach, orphanage visitation and sanctuary visits describes community support and spiritual encouragement only. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
4.2 Support is provided on a confidential basis within community limits. It is not licensed counseling and does not create a therapist patient, doctor patient or solicitor client relationship. Users should consult a qualified professional for advice concerning health, mental health, legal rights or finances. Where a person is in crisis or requires urgent assistance, that person should contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
5.1 Product descriptions, including fabric composition, sizes, colors and availability, are prepared with care but remain subject to supplier confirmation. Fabric statements should be verified with the supplier before sale, and the Business confirms final specifications in writing before payment.
5.2 All prices are quoted on inquiry and confirmed in writing including delivery charges and return terms. The Business may correct manifest errors in pricing or description before dispatch, with prompt notice to the customer and the option to proceed or to receive a full refund of amounts paid.
5.3 Images are illustrative. Minor variation in shade, texture or presentation may occur between display and physical item.
6.1 Unless otherwise stated, all Content is owned by the Business or used under permission. All rights are reserved.
6.2 Users may view pages for personal, non commercial use and may share hyperlinks to public pages. No Content may be copied, modified, republished, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent. The archived third party artwork formerly associated with a band themed design remains disabled and is not offered for sale.

8.1 Orders and inquiries are handled through third party communication and delivery providers, including WhatsApp, Instagram and courier companies. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
8.2 The Site may contain links to third party websites for convenience. The Business does not control and does not endorse third party content and is not responsible for third party practices, availability or accuracy.
9.1 The Site and its Content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Business, its proprietor and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or in connection with use of or inability to use the Site, reliance on Content, or manual order communications, except as required under mandatory consumer protection law.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law, including rights concerning goods that are not as described or not of merchantable quality.
Each User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Business against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site, except to the extent caused by the fault of the Business.
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith discussion by contacting the Business at the address stated in Article 13.
11.2 Subject to applicable consumer protection jurisdiction rules, unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delta State or Lagos State, Nigeria. Users accessing the Site from outside Nigeria are responsible for compliance with local laws.
12.1 The Business may revise these Terms to reflect operational, technical or legal changes. Revisions take effect upon publication with an updated Effective Date. Continued use after revision constitutes acceptance.
12.2 If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns, Refund Policy and Imprint, constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Site.
